wonderful and cosy location, away from the main district. fresh made breakfast selection, scrambled eggs, bangers, and bacon. the very very helpful staff with great attitude to guests.

Breakfast was fresh and great, truly enjoyed the position.
The breakfast had a lot of options and included scrambled eggs, bangers, and bacon. Marvellous location on the coast made it easy to get to key attractions.

Here's the real story
Spent three nights in a lovely double room with a balcony offering relaxing views of the pool and palm trees. The breakfast was a highlight, served in a calming atmosphere. Location was convenient, just a 15-minute drive from Ponta Delgada, made exploring the island easy.

Fairly clean, family-friendly hotel with particularly good location easy to use as a location for touring the island. Friendly staff in the whole property. Freshly prepared breakfast - sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs.

The front counter staff excelled in customer service, always ready to assist and. The breakfast offered a good variety, with fresh local produce, made mornings special. The pool view from our double room provided a refreshing and calming atmosphere that we loved. The ambiance around the pool was perfect for relaxation.

Bedrooms with good space and balcony. Nice decoration. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Nice breakfast variety.
Several cockroachs appeared in bedroom and facilities like restaurant and breakfast lounge. Bathroom not cleaned properly between costumers. Not enough bedrooms with couple size beds, most were twin beds. Jacuzzi water not cleaned properly for days.

It could even be a nice place, provided the staff put more care on: cleaning, repairing non working items, gardening. If so, you could forget the noisy road (north facing rooms) and other minor inconvenients.
No info on the nearabout places of interest. The room description in Booked.net is not correct (no bathrobe, no slippers, etc.)

Het hotel is rustig gelegen. Vooral de appartementen op de tweede verdieping aan de achterkant zijn ideaal. Rustig met een mooi uitzicht over de bergen. Verder wordt alles super schoon gehouden.
